About Your Guide
In 2016, my 30-year-old son David was murdered. In the aftermath, I became the primary caregiver for his daughter. I know what it means to lose everything — including the ability to want anything at all.
The 4-8-1 Method™ is what I built on the other side of that grief. It's the framework I use with my coaching clients, in my workshops, and in my own daily life. It is not a shortcut. It is a path.
I'm a certified grief coach, founder of Grounded Women Change the World™, and USA Today's 2023 Woman of the Year for Utah. I wrote this guide because I wish someone had handed it to me when I needed it most.
